Sector
Bottled water manufacturing
An industry where production, stock movement and customer payments need to stay connected so teams can account for what they produce, deliver and collect.
Asnat Water
Asnat Water needed a dependable way to connect what happened on the production floor with deliveries, customer payments and the financial picture of the business. The bottled water producer in Abuja had an operating model spread across seven Excel sheets, making it difficult to follow activity across departments and prepare a consistent view of stock and outstanding balances. The company partnered with The Magicautomate Labs to build a custom business management platform around those needs. We brought the operational workflows and supporting records into one application, connecting delivery entry with invoicing and receipts, production logs with stock checks, and staff responsibilities with configurable permissions. The result is a mobile-first platform that supports daily entry on a phone and broader oversight on a desktop. Its value comes from keeping related information together: what was produced, what was delivered, what has been paid and who can access each part of the system.

Sector
An industry where production, stock movement and customer payments need to stay connected so teams can account for what they produce, deliver and collect.
Delivery mode
The Magicautomate Labs designed and developed the application, connecting mobile-friendly operational workflows with desktop reporting and management controls.
Engagement
We built the platform around Asnat’s daily operations, bringing production, deliveries, financial records and staff permissions into one shared system.
The Pressure
Asnat's daily work crossed production, delivery and finance, but its records remained fragmented. The challenge was to build a shared system that could preserve the details of each transaction and make them usable for the people running the business.
Customer-name variations and separate spreadsheet versions made transaction histories difficult to reconcile. The team needed a consistent way to record customers and deliveries so the same activity could support financial follow-up and reporting.
Spreadsheet colour coding carried the burden of identifying unpaid balances. The owner needed customer credit and payment status to be directly visible, with a clear connection between what had been delivered, billed and collected.
Production records needed to support stock reconciliation, while the accountant needed structured information for reporting. Separate records made it difficult to connect material usage, finished stock and the financial activity of the business.
What We Changed
We approached the engagement as a software delivery problem shaped by the way the business operates. The platform connects daily entry with the records needed for oversight, while giving different staff members access appropriate to their work.
We built a workflow that captures the customer, products, agreed prices and payment status together. Each delivery creates a linked invoice, with receipts for recorded payments and support for partial payments and customer credit terms. This makes the transaction traceable across its operational and financial records.
We connected preform intake, bottle blowing and filling records with physical stock checks. The system records rejected units and surfaces differences between expected stock and actual counts, giving the team a basis for investigating discrepancies.
Branded invoices, shareable PDFs and QR-verifiable receipts support the transaction history. Seven report categories bring recorded activity into views for income, product and customer sales, expenses, inventory, payroll and manufacturing yield.
We built staff management into Settings so the owner can add accounts, assign role templates and adjust individual permissions. Operational entry, financial visibility and administrative controls can be assigned to the people responsible for each part of the business.
Delivery Flow
The application brings together a shared data structure, interfaces for daily work and controls for management oversight. These parts work together so that activity recorded by staff can also support stock checks, payment follow-up and reporting.
We structured the relationships between customers, products, deliveries and financial documents, with the business's pricing and payment requirements reflected in the application.
We developed phone-friendly screens for delivery entry, payments and production, alongside desktop layouts for reviewing records and reports. Both experiences use the same underlying system.
We connected stock checks and financial reporting to recorded activity, then provided staff-management controls that let the owner configure access across the application.
Results
The delivered application provides a shared structure for following transactions, comparing stock records and managing staff access. Its operational value lies in making these relationships visible within the same system.
Transaction records
Deliveries, invoices, payments and receipts share a connected history, so the team can follow what was supplied, billed and paid.
Stock reconciliation
Recorded stock movements can be compared with physical counts, with differences available for investigation.
Staff access
Role templates and individual permissions let the owner assign access according to each staff member's responsibilities.
What Stood Out
“What matters to me is being able to follow the business from production to payment. This system brings those records together and lets us give each staff member the access they need.”

FAQ
These are the practical questions that come up when a business needs its daily workflows and management records to work together in one platform.
The requirements connected several parts of the business: production stages, customer-specific pricing, delivery entry, partial payments and staff permissions. A custom build allowed us to design those relationships into a single application around Asnat's operating needs.
We designed and developed the application, connecting its operational data structure with mobile and desktop interfaces. The work covered delivery and payment workflows, production records, stock reconciliation, reporting and configurable staff access.
Staff can use phone-friendly screens for daily work, while owners and accountants can review records and reports on a desktop. The owner manages accounts and permissions in Settings, controlling which operational, financial and administrative tools each person can access.
Yes. We begin with the business's workflows, users and information needs, then define an appropriate scope. The same approach can support other operational software projects, with the application designed around that business's requirements.
